We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, natural disasters, or failures of third-party service providers.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Building Lore. You are an independent user of the Service.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

These Terms are provided in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
